Looking forward to another wonderful year embracing the Chiang Mai Sixes 2019 for this our 24th Time. It is truly a wonderful time for us all and again we are very excited to be back in lovely Chiang Mai. Please feel free to pop by anytime for a drink and chat, the Perth Postels hut is open to our good friends from the many teams that grace the field for this brilliant tournament. Thanks also to those local people who support us each year while we spend this week in Chiang Mai.
On a special note, our heartfelt thoughts are with Jenny Morgan, all the Ios Malakas and other special friends of Terry Skillett, who recently passed away, may he Rest in Peace.

Andrew "Tips" Tipple
The quiet man returns! Having somehow survived his virgin tour in 2018, young Tips is back for more, having spent the last 12 months honing his connect 4 skills. His exploits on the field where nothing to write home about, unless you had the luck of facing his bowling! But off field he certainly made an impression with some X-rated performances – the young buck tells us he’s looking to add more variety to his approach this year, so tuk tuk drivers and motorcycle taxi drivers avoid this emetophiliac! Always good to have a lively one on tour!

Damien "the Mont" Kinninmont
Much welcomed to join us the Perth Postels for his first stint with us this year. Loves a drink, loves a good chat and very much enjoys a good joke, he will fit in perfectly. An old mate of Cat's, we are sure he will really enjoy this tour. More a part in the Hoops of Racing, with a career in that field around the course in Singapore, However he also has a long lost passion is the game of cricket. The odd race tip, I am not sure about that.

Diljeet Gaurav
Having seen his pal Tips make it back in one piece our very own king of swing thought he’d have a crack and thus appears with the Postels on his virgin tour to Chiang Mai. Dilj has one ambition – to join in any slammer session in progress and is known back home as the Jagar King. So please do help him have a howling time and help in casting off any inhibitions he may have – his mantra after all is ‘Such is life'! I wonder how he will survive Tiny/Big Bob next door.

Jeremy "Bootsy" Briggs
2nd Visit to the Chiang Mai Sixes but first as a Perth Postels. Will be coming in mid-week to relieve the troops during a heavy week in lovely Chiang Mai. Will add to the English flavour of the team. Always a pleasure to tour with and a big welcome to him from the team.

Michael "Cat" Maher
Cat is very happy to be returning to his second home, lovely Chiang Mai, for this the 24th time to this wonderful tournament. Very much looking forward to meeting up with the new Postels, as well as catching up with his old friends who are returning. Also very happy to have another opportunity to catch up with many friends from the other sides who will again be with us. Thanks also to those Officials who work so hard to make this such a special event. Looking like that he may also need to make a playing come back later in the week!

Rosco Martins
Brilliant to have Rosco back for another stint in Chiang Mai to enjoy this our fun week in Chiang Mai. Busy selling Real Estate, riding Motor Bikes and playing guitar in a band, joining the Perth Postels on this tour gives a brilliant top up to the year. Who can forget the take he took off Kanga in a Final a couple of years ago!

Team Tour Logo
This logo was produced by old Postels friend Doug "Cocktails" Hedley many years and is up-dated each year thankfully by our good friend Chops.

Trevor Langworth
Back for his 8th Sixes and 2nd with the Postels we are delighted to have the big fella back! No doubt you’ll see Trev in tears at bars around town as he contemplates his last ‘legally single’ tour, having rather stupidly booked his wedding just 10 days after the event. Despite some decent performances in his debut tour with us, he suffered the indignity of being clean bowled by Hammer, so even more reason to buy the fella a beer! Late News: Last Tour Single, do not be shy to pop by throughout the tournament and enjoy a couple with Trevor to celebrate.
-
Wayne Morrison
We welcome Wayne back for yet another stint helping us out. A handy spin bowler, handy Wicket Keeper who has also shown us some wonderful clean hitting over the years. Also however there has been the odd stint where he possibly had a late night and struggled seeing the ball, nether lone hitting it. A wonderful tourist and friend we all know when he is around some cheer will be found, especially over a beer.

Geoff Stearn
Geoff is always there showing his loyal support to his good friends from the Perth Postels each year. A genuine nice guy who loves the game of cricket, but particularly enjoys the fun and excitement of the Chiang Mai Sixes each year. Eachj year also Geoff is a loyal donor to Junior Cricket in Chiang Mai.
-
Kevin "Crazy German " Buchanan
A most kind person & friend who always puts his heart and soul into helping us out each year in Chiang Mai. A little difficult to understand sometimes later at night during a conversation, possibly after we all enjoy some tour Perth Postels celebration drinks. Not sure why really but we assure that always there is never a dull moment when the Crazy German is around!
-
Nuchjaree Fisher
We very much welcome Nuch back to add some sparkle to the team yet another time. Always smiling, she gives us a truly positive outlook throughout what is a fun but "tough" week. Soon to tie the knot with Trevor, we have much to celebrate this year!
-
Richard "Richie" Sulway
We got the brilliant news last week that Richie will be again joining us for yet another tour to Chiang Mai, who knows how many that is now. A stalwart of the Perth Postels who adds to the relaxed atmosphere of the team and touring group, be it during games, over a beer or at one of the many parties we have all week. NO WAY was heard loudly when it was suggested that he may wish to play!!
-
Stan "Humpty" Spink
18th time at the Chiang Mai Sixes, firstly with the Warathais/Maythais and for the past four years with the Postels where he has become an integral part of the squad as tour manager and general “dog’s body”. You will find him fussing over the squad at the ground and organising most of the social functions away from the ground. Knows Chiang Mai like the back of his hand, so if anyone wants to know anything about Chiang Mai, he is contactable at the Postel’s tent. However you will need to make an appointment as he is a busy man carrying out the above functions. Thank goodness a recent knee injury healed and Humpty can be with us.

Surattikan Todwatthanakun
Partner of Damien and local from Lamphun, it is wonderful to have her with their lovely baby girl this year. Always pleasant and smiling, she is very welcome to the Perth Postels this year.
