Amjid Hussain
Batsman who cites true Yorkshire grit and determination as his reason for scoring at one run an over whilst the rest of us just call it plain selfishness. Five overs is usually only just enough time for him to play himself in. A client arrived at his office for a meeting on Monday once and asked his assistant if Amjid was in. "Of course he's 'in'," the assistant replied, "he's been batting since Saturday lunch time."

Arslan Ijaz
Arslan is a hard hitting batsman and a medium paced bowler whose attention span means that he is ideally suited to 5 over cricket. As Captain, he will of course be opening the batting, the bowling, the fielding, the drinks and everything else in sight.
-
Arslan Mahmood
An all-rounder who bowls medium pace and bats in the top order and should fit into the puddings’ tour party well. He is a Chiang Mai virgin who foolishly presumes that cricket is the biggest attraction on offer and is therefore clearly in need of some serious re-education. Arslan is the youngest member of the puddings’ touring party.

Awais Ejaz
Awais is a medium pacer and the team’s opening bowler. He leaves others to bowl for LBW’s and caught behinds, whilst he concentrates on bowling for run-outs. He was once told that a local team wanted him to play for them very badly. He duly obliged by playing very badly indeed.

Mo Hussain
A canny off-spinner, Mahboob is extremely good at finding the batsman’s weakness, unfortunately this usually includes a weakness for hitting sixes. Mo has recently discovered that his eyesight is failing and has therefore taken the entirely logical step of becoming an umpire.

Tuseif Arshad
Tuseif developed into a fine cricketer after a slow start to his career. He used to be more fond of half time teas than team talks and once ran after a bowler demanding his fair share after hearing that he was chucking pies! This is a first visit to Chiang Mai for Tuseif.
