RUC Rascals were a team made up of employees and friends of employees working for RUC Cementation Indonesia, an underground mining contractor. The team is here for the third time thanks to the efforts of Col Harlow who is based in Chiang Mai and has been able to recruit a number of Lanna players to strengthen his team this year after losing all their matches last year.
