The organizing committee of the Chiang Mai Sixes confirms the sad news that Mike McCune passed away on Saturday 5th March 2016. Mike was a long-standing and hard-working member of the committee who built and maintained the original Sixes website and also produced the magazine each year. He worked as Sixes IT director and introduced the live feed which broadcasted coverage of the Sixes around the world and more recently Mike also acted as Sixes Treasurer. A Buddhist Ceremony to say farewell to our dear friend Mike will be held at Wat Pa Paeng in Chiang Mai on Tuesday 8th March at 10.30 am. Rest in peace Mike, you will be greatly missed and long remembered.
